Our delicious bacons and sausages are handcrafted using only the finest natural ingredients. Bacons are dry-cured, oak-smoked and thick-cut to give you that real old-fashioned bacon experience. Our customers just keep on coming back for more.
Sausages are hand-blended using choice meat and seasonings with a very small proportion of rusk . Try the more unusual varieties like our renowned venison or lamb with mint and rosemary.

More InfoWe do not make venison sausages to use up all the bits and pieces left over. (Unlike some we've tried) Our venison sausages include a little rusk to take away the 'solidity' of a pure meat sausage and a little pork fat to reduce the natural dryness of venison meat. Cook them the way you like best for a delicious venison experience.
