Crofters Pie

 Our Crofters' Pie is a firm favourite with many customers.  No, they're not made with real crofter, but from our own high-welfare croft-grown mutton.

 Equally delicious either hot or cold, each pie  is handmade to our own recipe using choice tender cubed and minced mutton and a blend of tasty seasonings.  They freeze well if you want to keep a few in stock and are then best eaten after thorough re-heating.  Made in a traditional round pie base with a crumbly puff-pastry top.
