We make stunning ready to eat sliced hams. Like our bacons, they are dry-cured and oak-smoked in the traditional manner.  Our mutton hams are unusual, different and a world away from most other hams you will have tasted.  Well worth a try. 

When we have it, our free-range pork hams have a delightful firm texture with a subtle long after-taste.  Slow roasted using honey, we medium slice these hams making them suitable for either ham rolls or a salad.

Hot-smoked salmon, made from RSPCA monitored freedom farmed salmon is ready to eat and very moreish. Versatile to use, it is delicious in sandwiches, fish soups and pies, canapes, or  for those with little will-power, just eat it with your fingers...............

Our wild chanterelles are usually available from early July to the first frosts.  We pick these delightful fungi in our own natural birch woods.  Usually in quite short supply, we do occasionally have a small supply dried - see special offers page.

If you like a really good quality burger, full of flavour and meat, try our venison or lamb range.

Our Highland Cattle BEEF from our own small fold is hung for at least 30 days before cutting. As with all our stock, our cattle thrive on a variety of natural grasses and herbage, spending their time between ancient pastures, moorland and birch woodlands.  This variety of browse produces slow growing firm textured meat with an unsurpassable texture.  Truly an outstanding culinary experience.
